Grayson Scott Boucher was born on 10 June 1984 in Keizer, Oregon. He is a guard, listed at 5′10″ (1.78 m) and 155 lb (70 kg). His own Instagram now places him in Los Angeles.
His professional playing career was short and real: he signed with the Salem Stampede of the IBL on 9 February 2006, then played the 2007–08 season for the Atlanta Krunk of the CBA. The streetball career was the long one — AND1 until January 2011, then Ball Up, whose international tour hit more than ten countries.
The second act was the internet. He created Spiderman Basketball, disguising himself as the superhero to play unsuspecting opponents on LA courts; the first episode did 14 million views inside a week, was picked up by ESPN and tweeted out by Shaquille O'Neal. Later episodes featured Jamal Crawford and Larry “Bone Collector” Williams. He has since appeared in Semi-Pro, led Ball Don't Lie as Sticky, and appeared as himself in Adam Sandler's Hustle (2022) and in Netflix's Untold: The Rise and Fall of AND1.
In April 2019 he suffered a non-contact total tear of his Achilles tendon, and an accidental overdose of hydrocodone and acetaminophen during early rehabilitation. He kept publishing pre-injury footage and told nobody until August 2020 — after the recovery was complete.
